The church is open most mornings

Description

In the Church of St Mary and St Helen are parts of five late Saxon crosses (four shafts and one head). They are decorated and include a figure of a priest, two figures fighting with daggers and two horsemen as well as typical decorative motifs. Part of one cross is now a lintel in the belfry. Also within and around the church are four medieval grave covers and a headstone.
